Workplace Meditation Courses

Give your team a lasting resource for well-being with our workplace meditation courses. Designed to boost mood, energy, sleep, and focus, these sessions provide employees with the tools they need to thrive.

Courses can be run in person at your location in Australia and/or virtually to accommodate offshore teams.

Option 1. Meditation introduction and guided session. 

What’s Included:

✅ Intro Talk – A session to introduce the benefits of meditation and how it can support overall wellbeing. 
✅ Beginner session – Guided meditation for those new to the practice. Suitable for large or small groups.

Option 2. Learn to Meditate - technique and best practices.

What’s Included:

✅ Intro Talk – A session to introduce the benefits of meditation and how it can support overall wellbeing.
✅ Beginner Course

Day 1 - In person session. New students will receive the instruction for how to practice this meditation technique. Each session accommodates up to 20 people, with up to 3 groups per day. 

Day 2 - In person or virtual. Review of technique, and confirm new students have both the practical and theoretical understanding of how to practice the technique and how to make it a daily habit.

Day 3 - In person or virtual. Students will continue to deepen their understanding of the technique and dive deeper into the nature of the mind.


Ongoing Support – Access to new resources each month, internal discussions via platforms like Teams or Slack, and continuous engagement.
Build a Wellbeing Community – Foster a culture of personal growth where employees feel supported, motivated, and connected.
